   Information about Book 6 (The Half Blood Prince)

Something Harry finds out in the Chamber of Secrets will ‘foreshadow’ a discovery he makes in the Half Blood Prince

Neither Harry nor Voldemort (nor Tom Riddle) nor Dudley Dursley will be the Half Blood Prince.

Arthur Weasley will definitely not become Minister of Magic, but there will be a new Minister of Magic in Book six.

Here is a direct extract from the HBP:

An excerpt from HBP: "He looked rather like an old lion. There were streaks of grey in his mane of tawny hair and his bushy eyebrows; he had keen yellowish eyes behind a pair of wire-rimmed spectacles and a certain rangy, loping grace even though he walked with a slight limp."

We know what three of the chapters are going to be called in the Half Blood prince.

"Spinners End" (Chap. 2),

Detour" (Chap. 6), and

"Felix Felicis" (Chap. 14)

This will be Harry shortest ever stay at the Dursleys, and he will be leaving for a ‘much pleasanter reason’ than the last time (the Court case at the Ministry of Magic)

A new character called McClaggan will be introduced to the books.

We’ll find out more about Gawp in book six and he wil be much more controllable.

There will be new information about James, Remus and Lily’s (and every one else’s) school days at Hogwarts.

Things will get ’quite tough’ for the main characters in the book and there will be more deaths.

Narcissa Malfoy, Tonks, Moaning Myrtle, Blaise Zabini and Rita Skeeter will  all be back Professor Lockhart on the other hand will not.
